- Welcome, Dumbpepper! Your sandbox edit looks good, and is nicely cited. May I suggest that it could be further improved by anchoring it in time? The Manual of Style has some guidance on that at MOS:RELTIME. As the full text isn't free-to-read, so you could add "|url-access=subscription" to your citation template, as described at Template:Cite journal#Subscription or registration required. Doing this would put you ahead of the vast majority of Wikipedia editors (including me), but it is really useful. There's also a New York Times article on the ban.
