Wikidag 2012
editHej!
Den 23. september er der Wikidag 2012 i København. Der bliver workshops og oplæg og mulighed for at mødes "i den virkelige verden" med andre wikipedianere. Det vil glæde os at se en masse mennesker! --Palnatoke (talk) 21:37, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
Inappropriate source ?
edit- Davs ! And hello! And sorry to bother You here. I've just noticed that You seem to have a certain interest of Skåne (or Scania in Brittish English). I'm not asking for favours, and please be sincere, if You care to give Your oppinion on this reliable sources noteboard matter
- Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard#.22333_.C3.85rsboken.22.2C_assembled_by_a_Scanian_foundation_in_Sweden
- if you have the time and inclination - please do not take the "debate" between me and an other user too serious. The other user, a Swede from Stockholm, used a statement from www.scania.org , "Stiftelsen Skånsk Framtid" webbside, in order to show how "SSF" exaggerates (and hence their assembled "333 Årsboken" should be banned as source, a "general ban" of all its topics and authors). I got a bit angry, becasse his exaggeration example, is the exact truth to many Scanians, in my opinion. Perhaps I exaggerated in my reply - but the main issue here - are 15 Scanian, Danish and even "a pure" Swede like Wilhelm Moberg are about to be banned as source of any kind, no matter what article and how the text of the book is used! I've never ever heared about a modern historical book being generally banned in this way. It was published in 1991 and has to my knowledge not been critisized in Sweden. But obviously there are Stockholmers that will not accept any kind of challange of how history has been written in Sweden.
- If You doen't care about this issue, please forgive my request. And if You care, but disagree with me, so be it. I'm not asking for benefits. Best reg. Boeing720 (talk) 00:05, 13 September 2014 (UTC) (from Landskrona, Scania, former part of Danmark)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
