Editing Tallapragada Prakasarayudu

edit

Thank you for your talk page note, and your efforts to contribute. However, there were a number of problems with the material you added to the article. A major one was that you did not provide sources for the material you added. Please take some time to read Wikipedia policies and guidelines regarding the requirement for sources in articles - these can be found at WP:RS, WP:V, WP:CITE, WP:UNSOURCED. I now understand you were working from a Telugu biography, but that should be indicated as a reference in the article, and any material from such sources should not be too closely paraphrased (see WP:CLOP); some of the issues may have been from making too direct a translation from that source. Also, you should take some time to read Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy at WP:NPOV and related guidance at WP:PUFF - there were numerous issues with opinionated statements and partial tone, namely statements such as "He was a veritable sage, a Karma Yogi the like of whom we will rarely encounter in these degenerate times..." or "His life spoke louder than his words..." which are not in keeping with encyclopedic tone. Finally, additional background and detail on Prakasarayudu is welcome and useful, but it needs to be sourced and presented in an encyclopedic manner according to the Wikipedia policies and guidelines mentioned earlier.
