DzzD
A tag has been placed on 3DzzD requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - It was deleted because it was written like an advertisement. jj137 ♠ 15:09, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter if it is free software. It was written like an advertisement. Also, the others you listed were not written like an advertisement. They didn't say The software engine provide amazing functionalities and more that yours said that make it blatant advertising. jj137 ♠ 16:03, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
Conflict of interest
editIt is inappropriate for you to be placing mention of your software across multiple articles. If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
- and you must always:
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. 71.202.183.114 (talk) 09:22, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
- This is often not a reflection on the user, and you are encouraged to choose a new account name which does meet our guidelines and are invited to contribute to Wikipedia under an appropriate username. If you feel this block was made in error, you may quickly and easily appeal it - see below.
Our username policy provides guidance on selecting your username. In brief, usernames should not be offensive, disruptive, promotional, related to a 'real-world' group or organization, confusing, or misleading.
If you have already made edits and wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name you may request a change in username which is quick and easy. To do so, please follow these directions:
- Add {{unblock-un|your new username here}} below. This is possible because even when you are blocked, you can still edit your own talk page.
- At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
- Please note, you may only request a name that is not already in use. The account is created upon acceptance – do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change since we can far easier allocate your new name to you, if it is not yet used. Usernames that have already been taken are listed here. For more information, please visit Wikipedia:Changing username.

editPlease stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Web3d, you will be blocked from editing. You have previously been warned by others about adding links to your products (which you have done a fair bit of), and the article you wrote about the product has been deleted. Wikipedia is not the place for you to try and place links to your product. Please desist.. Mayalld (talk) 13:54, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
DzzD (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am now blocked, I wrote an article on Web3D.... wich is a domain I well know... this article contain severals links and ofcourse one link to my own product as it is a web 3d product... I wrote on what I know! I cant write on web3d without adding a link to 3dzzd?! that would be non-sense?!
Decline reason:
The username is blocked. You can create another account and continue to edit. First read over WP:SPAM and WP:COI. — Lara❤Love 17:48, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Thanks, everything need to be learn... and I always found easier to learn by making my own mistake. I will try to be more wiki-like in the futur. (nothing related but your tang piercing make me suffer ;-) , nice )
PS: the name I used is my internet nickname, the only nickname I used on Internet! maybe 12 years ago and it come from a "typo error" ! I cannot change it, it is mine.
