We can also explain why demand characteristics occur and how they differ from culture to culture. Can dig into related researches and provide more information of the effects on the experiments and whether it is good or bad. I think those are good options! I was looking at Society of Experimental Social Psychology as a topic, which has the bare bones of an article that we could build off of. We could update it and maybe add things that they are working on or plan on working on in the future. Another topic I thought was really interesting was Daseinsanalysis. This article is only three sentences long so I think we could really do a lot to develop it. The only problem here is that it is in our book in chapter 12 so that group may already have chosen it. I have liked all of those topics that you two have chosen as well. Demand characteristics confuses me a bit, but that could be due to the defintion as well. I also looked at the Society of Experimental Social Psychology too. I looked at David L. Shapiro and that article is pretty bare as well, he is in the field of forensic psych. I also liked the June Etta Downey article and I think we could expand on her as well. She was one the first to study personality and hand writing, or personality psych in general. Very good topics!

Hi Group 10, Shapiro and self-regulation are both great choices for topics. Another group ranked self-reg as their #1 choice, so you've got Shapiro. He has made important contributions, and there is very little information on him in the Wikipedia article. This topic also has the advantage that Shapiro is alive and active in psychology. You should be able to get in touch with him and get his personal input into the article! Of course, that is up to him, but it will be very cool if he responds. J.R.
