Decline reason:

You had three the draft you wrote reviewed and deleted twice, with the issues clearly explained above. See also WP:COI and WP:PROMO. Then you wrote another copy as a live article; if you made changes, they can at best have been superficial. I don't see that giving you further opportunities to work on this topic would lead to any other results. It would waste more time of volunteers who have to clean up after you, though.
