Copyright status of image

nl:Afbeelding:Hephaistion.jpg was copied from web page http://www.sjsu.edu/faculty/watkins/alexandergreat.htm. The page in question does not indicate the origin. We should assume it is covered by copyright unless we have specific evidence it is not. For lack of such evidence, the image was removed from the German Wikipedia.[1] Ultimately, the picture was probably taken from M. Wood, In the footsteps of Alexander, 1997 (republished 2004), and is very likely a copyrighted work.  --Lambiam 06:37, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
