I am (former) user Eagles Golden seeking to be heard. I see that administrators have unblocked my IP. I would like to know if it would be permissible to use the editing opportunity I have on this page (editing as a user with no account) to address the following issues:

1. Regarding the conclusion that my user name (EaglesGolden) is a sockpuppet of "brucejenner", I would like the opportunity to explain why that conclusion is in error.

2. Regarding the allegation, made by one of the editors, that I exhibited sock puppet behavior when I first posted under the user name EaglesGolden (even though I was not blocked or banned on this point) I would nevertheless like the opportunity to explain why that conclusion was at least partially correct, and I would like to have the opportunity to both explain, and apologize.

3. Regarding the conclusion reached by one of the editors, that after my account was blocked, that I did not use my access to my talk page in a constructive manner, which led him to block access to my talk page as well, I would like to explain the factors that inhibited me from using my access to the talk page at that time to initiate an appeal. I believe this explanation will show that the time that I was given, from the point of being blocked, to the point where my access to my talk page was also blocked, a period of about 45 minutes if I recall correctly, was not enough time. And therefore, in light of the salient points that my explanation will set forth, it might be considered fair, by some, for the administrators to restore (normal) access to my talk page, so that I can proceed with a normal appeal process.
