Deletion pending for File:20160123 ulukaya-hamburg 01 LoRes.jpg
editHello, Eatdrinkmerry. Some time ago, a file you uploaded — File:20160123 ulukaya-hamburg 01 LoRes.jpg — was tagged with {{OTRS pending}}, indicating that you (or perhaps the copyright holder if you did not create this image) submitted a statement of permission to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Though there is often a backlog processing messages received at this address, we should have received your message by now.
- If you have not submitted (or forwarded) a statement of permission, please send it immediately to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.
- If you have already sent this message, it is possible that there was a problem receiving it. Please re-send it to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.
If we don't hear from you within one week, the file will be deleted. If we can help you, please feel free to ask at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 14:42, 5 May 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Please help me with...
A few months ago I added a few pictures related to the Wiki article about Hamdi Ulukaya. As far as I know, the representatives of Mr. Ulukaya, the owner of the pictures, sent in the required permission emails to the OTRS volunteers, exactly the way it is outlined by Wikipedia, yet the photos were deleted from the article and from Wikimedia altogether. I wonder if you can help to get those pictures back up on the Wikipedia article, or else explain to me what I did wrong so I can try again. Here is the article about Hamdi https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamdi_Ulukaya. There are some pictures that are still up on Wikimedia that I see have still not received permission for use. I wonder if you can figure out why they have not received the proper permission tag and then get the permission they need before they are also removed from Wikimedia and so that they can be used on Ulukaya's Wikipedia article.

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hamdi_UNFAcceptance_2015.jpg
The files which were taken down, by a bot are:
File:Portrait of Hamdi Ulukaya.jpeg
File:ChobaniLaColombe 224.tif
File:20160123 ulukaya-hamburg 01 LoRes.jpg
Thank you so much

PS: I re-uploaded the pictures that were taken down. They have the same URLs except for one small change: Here are the new URLs:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:20160123_ulukaya-hamburg_01_LoRes.jpg
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:ChobaniLaColombe_224.tif
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Portrait_of_Hamdi_Ulukaya.jpg
Please look and see if you can find an email that was already sent to permissions concerning these URLS. The small change is that the first URL listed here had the file called jpeg, and here it is called jpg. ThanksEatdrinkmerry (talk) 13:13, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message. This is a Commons issue, since the images are hosted there, not on Wikipedia. According to their permissions backlog, their OTRS queues are currently 72 days backlogged. Generally, reuploading deleted material is not the way to go. If permissions are processed after the file has already been deleted, the OTRS volunteer can have the image undeleted. I would recommend posting on the c:Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard with links to the images you've uploaded on Commons, and information about when the original OTRS email was sent, and hopefully they can match them up and let you know if there are any issues. --Nick—Contact/Contribs 14:09, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Deepak Agarwal
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
