Thanks for uploading File:WNTS Portrait Frontal at Desk img110 (1).jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 18:45, 29 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. We have some pretty strict rules about copyright and non-free content. We don't add non-free poems or prayers in their entirety to our articles. Material from 1938 is still under copyright, and for that reason it's not appropriate to add it in its entirety. Thanks, — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 21:04, 15 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop re-adding this. It's a violation of our non-free content rules to include so much non-free material. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 22:11, 16 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Memorial Hall Dedication, USNA

edit

Hi Eaward24 and Diannaa, just to let you know I've moved Memorial Hall Dedication, USNA back to Bancroft Hall as a section, as there is no independent notability of the dedication from the Hall itself. I also removed the text of the dedication as that is covered by the picture itself and doesn't need to be quoted in its entirety. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 00:59, 7 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
