Orphaned non-free media (Image:Ebrso units.jpg)

I have tagged Image:BRPD_patch.jpg as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. Can I ask why you believe the above image is public domain? I am not seeing any notice about content being public domain on the source website. J Milburn (talk) 17:09, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
