Help me!

Help me with...

HI, I am writing my first article, which I developed in my user sandbox. I couldn't figure out how to get the article name to appear, so I followed instructions for creating a subpage, which I thought would still be in my sandbox. I found the subpage in the history, but otherwise, I cannot tell where it resides or how to access it. Now I just did a google search and this came up - User:EditPiaf/draft article on Mandy Boursicot

Is this article really up on Wikipedia? How do I change the title to just say Mandy Boursicot?

Also, how can ask someone for review and feedback?

• I've submitted the article for you with {{subst:Submit}}. This draft should be reviewed within a month and you will get a notice on your talk page of whether or not it was accepted. If it is accepted, it will be moved to Mandy Boursicot for you, if it is not accepted, there should be a redish box at the top of the page with some information on stuff that you will need to fix and then a button to re-submit and see if you got it all better.
