Changes made to Yeh Naya Naya

I made some monumental changes in the Yeh Naya Naya page. The original page wrongly mentioned Sonu Nigam as the music director and the lyricist of the album. The album was initially released under the Plus Music label. I still own the original cassette. The inlay card cover looked like the one shown on this page.
I would appreciate suggestions from fellow Wikipedians in this regard.
