Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. I want to be sure that you know that this nomination for speedy deletion is not because of any lapse of behaviour (for which you have now apologised). I have made a judgement only on the draft. I think the simple answer is that this draft, as it was written and as it was referenced, was always going to be considered to be an advert.

This does not prevent you from preparing another draft a simpler draft, a better draft.

I think you have worked WP:BACKWARDS. Please read that. Then please read this essay. There is a process inside it which is guaranteed to create an acceptable draft with one condition: The references must show the topic or person to be notable in a Wikipedia sense. If they do not then do not even start to write the draft.
