Please note that the .svg version and the .jpg version you're trying to introduce are identical. When the image is turned into an .svg, the colours change and don't appear as bright as the original. It's not a big problem as the same has been done to emblems for other countries. The images only appear in a tiny format, and .svg's are the preferred Wikipedia format.

That said, I've tried to convert the JPEG you've been trying to use into an .svg that retains more of the original colouring than the current one being used. So far, I haven't succeeded, but I'll try again. Cheers! --Iryna Harpy (talk) 01:21, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Yes, and it is exactly the same emblem. Please take a look at the file and you will see that, even though it was originally uploaded in 2007, it was updated in 2012 to reflect the current official emblem. Creating vector images from raster images is a long and difficult process. Please have some patience as Wikipedia is a long term, and not everything has to be done today. • I don't harassed him, he wrote on my page by himself. It's a personal vendetta, because he insulted me because his translate (which been some incorrectly). I didn't asked him for that. No, I don't think I did misunderstand, Илья Драконов. As you would have noted, I have already encountered behavioural problems with this user who seems to have a combination of a WP:COMPETENCE problem, as well as not wanting to WP:LISTEN. Please ping me from any of the relevant article talk pages if there are further problems. I'm still trying to assume good faith and hope they will recognise that they aren't good candidates for working on English language Wikipedia. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite

There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. It's not silly, because Belgians and Canadians are not monoligual nations at all. Belgians can be French, German and Dutch because these languages are their HISTORICAL languages. This one also for Canadians, who serve English and French as their national language (because quebecois are also Canadians). Belarusians are monolingual nation.
