License tagging for File:Bonne-Jean.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Bonne-Jean.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 06:05, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

editYour recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Orphaned non-free image File:Bonne and John from the Psalter of Bonne of Luxembourg.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Bonne and John from the Psalter of Bonne of Luxembourg.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 20:46, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Eleanor of Aquitaine.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Eleanor of Aquitaine.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BethNaught (talk) 07:51, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

edit You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount and can lead to a block, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. BethNaught (talk) 11:17, 5 January 2015 (UTC)
- Please stop your disruptive editing. Your edits have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing.
- Your continued disruptive editing will lead to you being blocked. Eric talk 15:02, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
Copyright violations...
editEleanor, please don't cut and paste copyrighted text by other authors into articles, as you did recently at Eleanor of Provence. If you don't understand how copyright works as a concept, please read WP:COPYRIGHT. Hchc2009 (talk) 16:41, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 19
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Henry, 3rd Earl of Lancaster, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page English. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Favonian (talk) 18:50, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
- Note on your block
I'm sorry that a temporary block seems to be the only way to get your attention. Several of your edits have been reverted by various other editors, and you have received a number of warnings telling you that you should discuss your proposed changes on the talk pages of the articles in question. When this block expires, you will follow this advice or the next block will be a lot longer! Favonian (talk) 18:53, 19 January 2015 (UTC)
- Eleanor, I reverted your recent edits to Bonne of Bohemia. I don't mean to offend, but I think that you are attempting edits that are beyond your current level of English. Here is some guidance on this topic: Wikipedia:Competence_is_required. Please consider this before you continue editing here. Eric talk 23:26, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

editHello, I'm BethNaught. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Bonne of Bohemia, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Final warning
editEleanor Dreadney, you are continuing to make changes to articles without citing any source. You have not used the article talk pages at all. Instead in this edit at Eleanor of Lancaster, you threaten other editors if they remove your change. This is not acceptable. You have already been blocked once and told that you would be blocked again for a longer period if you continued to edit war without discussion. Every article has a tab at the top marked "talk". When a change of yours is reverted, if you wish to reinstate it, you need to click on that "talk" tab and explain why. You also need to be ready to provide sources - references to books or scholarly articles - supporting any major changes such as adding children to a list of issue. It is better to include these when you first make the change, but at a minimum you should present them on the talk page afterwards. It is one of our basic principles that everything in the encyclopedia must be verifiable by the reader. We recognise that English is not your first language, and editors would be happy to help you to fix your additions to articles, but you cannot force them into articles with threats and without explaining where the information comes from. If you continue in this way, I or another administrator will have to block you again. Please post to an article talk page instead, or provide a reference with your next article edit. Yngvadottir (talk) 17:43, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
- Eleanor Dreadney, your continued disruptive editing will likely result in you being blocked again. Eric talk 14:17, 10 February 2015 (UTC)

editThis is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, as you did at Edward V of England, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. I note that this is similar behaviour to that for which you have been blocked. Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi 12:23, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Eleanor Dreadney: You need to provide edit summaries and sources. As you have been told before. Yngvadottir (talk) 13:03, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
Hi Eleanor Dreadney, I'm very sorry to say that I have blocked your account indefinitely. Please note that indefinitely doesn't mean infinitely. You seem to be making edits in good faith, trying to improve our articles, and I thank you for that, but the issues that have been brought up above have to be addressed. Because your account has been blocked before multiple times, and nothing has changed since, the block I'm placing now is indefinite, and you have to start communicating and listening to what others are saying. Please read what they're saying, ask questions if you don't understand what they're saying, and when you understand what you should be doing differently, and are willing to do that, make an unblock request, so Wikipedia can continue to enjoy your help. I'm leaving a canned template with how to technically do this below. Kind regards, Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 14:41, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
