Please stop

Please do not upload any more copyrighted images to Wikipedia, claiming to release them under a Creative Commons license. Since you are not the copyright holder, such images have to be deleted. Screenshots of television shows would still have their copyright held by the show's creator, not the person who took the screenshot. Therefore, you don't have the rights to release the image under a CC license. Some of the images may be usable under our Wikipedia:Non-free content policies, so you might look into that. The first thing to remember while adding content is to use citations. None of the content in Wikipedia actually belongs to Wikipedia (except for some of the maintenance pages), so everything the regular reader sees is - and must be - taken from somewhere else, and properly identified as such. This protects Wikipedia from accusations of not being fair or honest - we are only citing what other people have already written, and we are copying/paraphrasing it here. It also protects Wikipedia from being sued. Keep that in mind; Wikipedia is often used by lazy journalists looking to confirm sources or find a quick story on a slow news day. They love to write about how Wiki screwed the pooch; do not give them an easy target.
The same goes for images. If you do not own the original image, don't upload it with the suggestion that it is something you created. That is the single biggest problem you are encountering now, and all of the images you uploaded via Creative Commons will likely be purged as a result of not knowing how to properly license an image.
To help you out a little bit, I've added a little set of links on your user page, which will help you explore how to write articles, add images and cite text the wiki way. Again, if you need any help, just ask.
A last bit of advice: when your text is reverted (removed), it is almost always asking for trouble when you go right back and add the same thin in again. This link (WP:BRD, which is an acronym meaning Bold, Revert, Discuss) suggests that when your bold edit is reverted, you need to them go to the article discussion page and defend the logic behind having the reverted material added. Usually (but not always), you will find people willing to see your point of view. If not, shrug your shoulders and move on. There are millions of other articles in the wiki to explore. Personally, if I do not learn something new from Wikipedia every day, I feel cheated. You might feel the same way. Don't lose your cool, and remember that you aren't getting paid for this, it is not a forum, and you don't get to put your name on the articles. You are doing it because it is fun and it keeps your mind sharp.

Re; Question (on my talk page)

Well, let's set aside the problems with the images for a minute (though I can help you with those too, if you want it). My issue was with the Peter Petrelli edits. It began when you made this edit, reverting back in an attribution column to a table of his exhibited powers. There is a very strong consensus to leave them out, as making such a call is speculative and synthesis. As Peter's powers are passive, he could have obtained the power of flight from quite literally anyone - we know of at least two characters who can fly, and who is to say there isn't more? In the absence of the Writer's Guide (all shows have them; they are a sort of bible for the show, indicating the specifics of what each person can do, etc.), we cannot use our powers of deduction - again, that is synthesis - to suss out where they came from.
That said, you did revert that table, but went back and forth with Ophois over the term superhuman strength vs. enhanced strength. When you find yourself in one of those back-and-forth situations, it's a sure sign that you are better off heading to the article discussion page and finding out what the issue is. From there, you can figure out a solution - a solution that I can tell you from experience is virtually impossible to find using edit summaries. - Arcayne (^{cast a spell}) 02:07, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

Okay, as per your inquiry, I took a look at the images that you were notified were orphans on your usertalk space. Most of the significant issues result from using images that have digital watermarking on them. I'm not sure if you know what that is, but the 'Avatar Spirit' or the 'Nickelodeon' logos are like signatures - they cannot be used in Wikipedia, because the people belonging to those sigs have copyright rights to them, and wiki respects copyright. Check out WP:IMAGE and WP:FAIRUSE for a more detailed explanation of these vital issues regarding image use in Wikipedia. I would read the discussion pages for those two links as well; they will help you avoid a lot of the pitfalls you have already encountered (as well as those made by others). Feel free to ask for help from there - as everyone there lives and vreathes images.

Understand that a lot of the fair use of copy-written images policy/guidelines is frequently in flux, as some editors narrowly construe the fair use policy, and others are more lenient, as little in the way of free images exist for tv shows and films. Take a break from uploading images for a while, and get some knowledge on the subject. I know it will prolly feel like homework, but look at it this way: it took you a while to upload all those images, and not doing it the right way means they are going to get deleted. That translates as wasted time on your part, and I'm guessing that isn't your favorite thing.

Lastly, go to WP:FA. It leads to a list of Featured Articles. Look at some of the tv and film articles and click on some of the images. Look at how the fair use rationales and licensing is constructed there. Look at who wrote them (from the edit history), and ask them for insight or help in understanding those stumper questions of yours.
