editI moved your draft back to your sandbox, because it isn't ready for mainspace yet. You need more reliable sources to establish notability. LinkedIn isn't a reliable source, because the content in entirely created by the users. Similarly, interviews should be taken with a grain of salt, and are best used alongside fact checking and commentary by the interviewer.
The best sources are from academic or scholarly publishers and have been peer reviewed. News sources that have a reputation for fact checking and clear editorial boards are usually good too. You need at least two or three high-quality sources to establish that the article meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines, and they need to have substantial coverage, not just a mention of the person.
