Thanks a bunch for taking a look at it!  :) And yes, I agree that that's a lot of information, I put in the budget info there because the current article has a budget breakdown. But you're right. I bet a simple "EERE got $X in FY08, and requested $X for FY09" would be enough. Otherwise, I'll look through and see if there are any other easy things to Wikilink. Thanks!
