TCO Article
editHi Ella, sooo, I took a look at it. Well.... I agree that TCO is notable, but I believe you make your live unneccessarily difficult in the way you write your article. If you want we can try to write it together, but you need to give 3-4 days as this week is stuffed for me.
In the meantime you could already: - find better references in notable and reliable newspapers (keep in mind that you can start with articles (notable Scandinavian newspapers are as good as any other national newspaper) and insert them into your article. - The article about Per Erik Boivie and your article should be cleaner than they are now, it's right now more an advertorial than a wikipedia article and people don't like that (me neither) - A good step would be to start with coverage about your company (history of the company) and work your way down to the certification itself - the introduction of your article is very specific (too specific) for a lexicon article, move "The certification is a third-party certification, independent of the industry and buyers. It meets the requirements of ISO 14024 Ecolabel type 1.[1] Conformity with TCO Certified's standard is verified by an independent organization (third party) following ISO 17011 Accreditation, ISO 17021 Management system certification, ISO 17025 Testing and Calibration Laboratories and ISO / IEC Guide 65 Product Certification.[2]" somewhere else than the introduction.
Coming days I take a look.

- @Fthobe: Thank you for replying so quickly. And thank you for offering your help! To collaborate on this article would be very helpful since I don't have a lot of experience with Wikipedia in English. And there's no rush, I'll adjust to your schedule.
- Until next time I will:
- - Look for and add more reliable sources.
- - Look at some articles that are praised by the Wikipedia community and try to see how I could implement that in this article. Thanks for the advice on starting with the history of the company.
- I'm happy to receive some help, thank you in advance! Looking forward to hear back from you when you have time. Ellasoderberg (talk) 15:41, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Ella,
- please don‘t forget to sign all your comments (imagine wikipedia like very clean code and all your collaborators getting really upset if you don‘t mantain standards). I already gave some touches to your sandbox article, but I was on mobile, grammar and spelling might be a little bit off, but I will fix it on my computer this week.
- Sources are the most important currency on wikipedia as original research (anything you know, but has not been documented by 3rd parties in pubblicly accessible sources) is strictly forbidden. You should reach out to your colleagues in communications / media department. They should have some newspaper articles or mentions that can be used.
- BTW: add me on linkedin, I am really interested in your organisation and followed what you do in the past
- In addition, please refrain from editing any articles where you have a COI, You really risk to get blocked and you can be sure that I clean up Per Erik Boivie article as well. I am sure, if you contact him directly he can also provide you with some newspaper articles. Keep in mind: they can also be print articles. He won a couple of awards and went to the UN for sweden. I am sure you can find interviews of him that we can use in your sandbox. Once fixed everything including his article we can submit it to mainspace. Try also to keep articles free from personal oppinion.
