Please don’t bite me, I’m a newbie!

I’m a university student in a Wikipedia Education class, and I’m currently learning how to contribute to Wikipedia.
I am approaching my subject in good faith.

If you have any concerns or questions, my tutor’s name is R stasey (talk · contribs). Thanks!

Hi, I see that you removed my previous message. Nevertheless, it really would be helpful if you could read WP:JWG. It would also be helpful if you could read up a bit about how to cite sources, as "CSIRO Publishing" or "Cohn" and such are not really helpful. Please also stay on topic. Discussions of the publisher or of the meaning of an impact factor belong in their articles, not in this article. It's even worse: the definition you give of the IF is wrong and the whole rest of the paragraph is original research and/or synthesis, which is not allowed here. Thanks. --Randykitty (talk) 15:03, 31 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
