Please do NOT create a mainspace article when one already exists in draft. You KNEW that the draft was present because you had edited it, so no excuses. Do not do it again. GiantSnowman 17:22, 26 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi, would like to echo the previous comment on here RE: creating main space articles already in the drafts. If you are unsure how to search the drafts you can use this link [1] Hildreth gazzard (talk) 13:55, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Harry Tyrer (footballer, born 2001)

edit

This is the third warning about the same issue you have been sent in a week. There was a user-space draft of Harry Tyrer (footballer, born 2001), you did not search for it, or ion you did you ignored it and created one in mainspace anyway. If this problem persists we will seek a topic ban from creating new articles. GiantSnowman 18:23, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

There was not a user-space draft at all! None was showing when I created the page as it didn't say there was a draft of any sort. EnglishDude98 (talk) 18:38, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
It was at User:GiantSnowman/Harry Tyrer - created on 27 August, your mainspace article was 3 September. You need to search in user space as well as draft space - and you have just done the exact same thing at Jayden Luker, creating an article when an earlier draft already exists. GiantSnowman 18:01, 8 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
FYI, the Luker article is not notable. If you move it to mainspace, it will be deleted - better to keep in draft for now. GiantSnowman 18:32, 8 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Draft:Harvey Araujo

Not notable, again! Making your league appearance means NOTHING. You must meet WP:GNG to be notable. GiantSnowman 17:24, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Ok mate I'll stop and next time I will make sure a page is in the correct category, no need to make it a huge issue.
I've learnt my lesson and won't do it again.
Apologise EnglishDude98 (talk) 17:32, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
But you did it earlier with Dylan Mitchell! GiantSnowman 17:50, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I only realised that now, from now on I will check the draft spaces before creating any articles from this day forward.
Let's draw a line under this and move on as it was an error on my part.
Once again I apologise EnglishDude98 (talk) 17:53, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Draft space and user space, please! GiantSnowman 18:12, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Noted mate, I will do both moving forward, hope that's alright? EnglishDude98 (talk) 18:16, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes, thank you! GiantSnowman 20:43, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

OK, why the HELL have you just created Dylan Mitchell when you KNOW that your previous version was moved into draft space and you will have received a notice telling you there was a draft?! GiantSnowman 20:31, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

I concur with GiantSnowman here. This is starting to become very disruptive, EnglishDude98. Please review WP:GNG, and remember not to make duplicate articles when there might already be one in draft or user space. Paul Vaurie (talk) 20:38, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Paul Vaurie: this is now at WP:ANI if you wish to comment there. I am now working through article creations and PRODding them. GiantSnowman 20:42, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I am very sorry for being a pain to you all, however @Paul Vaurie I will stop making duplicate articles from NOW ON!
I feel like I am being mistreated by @GiantSnowman as I have looked on a few other pages and there's a few footballers who have the bare amount of references and hardly any significant information.
I create a few pages with a vast amount of references and they fail WP:GNG, YET I spend time finding the information as well as reliable sources to put into the articles.
Once again I apologise to you both; FOR THE LAST TIME I will no longer make pages that are in the draft space and I promise that on my life.
Let's all grow up, move on and start a fresh as it's all very petty this EnglishDude98 (talk) 22:04, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
You said this previously and continued. You cannot be trusted. GiantSnowman 17:35, 12 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I can be trusted, I've not done it today have I? And this trend will continue now; if I do it again in the next few weeks then you can block me for sure. I will NOT create articles which already have drafts any longer, you can be sure of that.
END OF DISCUSSION! EnglishDude98 (talk) 19:32, 12 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Adrien Thibaut has made his professional debut for Crewe Alexandra; and I've put 13/14 references in this article - some contain significant backing to Thibaut's career and transfers!
It's a notable page and contains enough information on Adrien Thibaut from what I have searched very hard for online for various sources.
You're only proposing to delete the page as you have an issue with me and it's appalling how you have treated me on here EnglishDude98 (talk) 21:52, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Why you being like this? They are all fine in terms of content and Jack Moore has made his professional debut for Blackpool!
You are treating me very harshly and all for no reason whatsoever!
Everybody else makes pages and nothing happens to them and they hardly contain a huge amount of references
I WILL STOP IF YOU KEEP ALL THESE PAGES UP AND PLEASE STOP SIGNALLING ME OUT WHEN I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG! EnglishDude98 (talk) 21:07, 11 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of George Murray-Jones

edit

Hello EnglishDude98,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged George Murray-Jones for deletion, because it's a redirect from an article title to a namespace that's not for articles.

If you don't want George Murray-Jones to be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
