Use a red transparent filter for the left eye, and a cyan filter for the right eye. Cheap paper glasses with these filters are available - ask your friends if they have a pair, or purchase over the internet (if you need only one pair you might as well get the better quality, these correct for the differing focus of these parts of the spectrum).
