Thank you for the warm welcome, Melody, I really appreciate the kind gesture. I want to create articles about Ghanaian women making great impacts but its seems that the articles I create automatically goes through a review process. Can you share some information on how this review process works?

@Esi Otoo: The article passes through AFC process and it will be accepted or declined. it all depends on if the article meets the necessary notability criteria's.
