3th book of Fredegar
editHallo Ethan, I just saw that you were writing about "Historia Epitomata (Third Book) of the Chronicle of Fredegar" translated by Jane Woodruff (University of Nebraska, dissertation, 1987, not available through non-academic sources)
Is that a full translation? Is there an ISBN-number? I just have checked the library of the Universiteit Van Amsterdam, but they don't have it. Is there a way that I can obtain/see this book? Via the international system of university-libraries? Code? Thanks for the tip anyway johanthon 11:45, 20 August 2007 (UTC).
- Its a full English translation, but never published (as far as I know), except in the form of a Dissertation at Nebraska, it also includes a lot of commentary on the interpolations. I got it off ProQuest, which a lot of Universities have access to, just type "Historia Epitomata" or "Jane Woodruff" into the search, with it set to search EVERYTHING, and it should pop up. I'd e-mail it to you, but I'm reasonably sure it would be illegal. :-) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ethan Hoddes (talk • contribs).
Well, does anybody needs to know? LOL! You know I am true lover and would appreciate it VERY much! johanthon 12:21, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
