Limits in math

Limits in math functions is to put the arguments below and above the sum and products signs, not the integral sign. The limius should be after the integral sign so \limits should not be used. Dmcq (talk) 17:14, 2 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

And in fact you don't normally need it even for products and sums either as they stick them in the right place without the use of \limits except in textstyle. I guess the ony use is the few cases where one rally does want a limit above or below the integral sign which can happen sometimes especially with multiple integrals.
