Welcome!
editHello, Evacobb, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Medical references
editThank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Remember that when adding content about health, please only use high-quality reliable sources as references. We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations. (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them.) WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here.
We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note, or post to the talk page of the Wikipedia WikiProject Medicine SandyGeorgia (Talk) 13:37, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
- Also keep in mind that Autism Speaks isn't just an advocacy group, it's an advocacy group that's very controversial within the autism community. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:07, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
