March 2021
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. ~ Destroyeraa🌀🇺🇸 02:29, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
Some advice
Hello. I can see that you are a very enthusiastic user, which is great. However, I do have to offer some words of advice and caution.
First, please sign your comments.
Secondly, I would not jump into administrative areas with only 130 edits. With 9,000 edits (and counting), I still try to avoid WP:SPI, WP:ANI, and WP:AN3 if I could help it. You jumped into the Sportsfanrob case defending a confirmed sockmaster and disruptive editor. I would not defend a known sockmaster in my first interaction in a SPI case. In addition, when making comments on SPI cases, looking at evidence is required. Vandalism and addition of unsourced information is clearly malicious intent, especially if it is done to avoid scrutiny.
Finally, I suggest taking it easy and working more on mainspace. You gradually learn policy that way, instead of admins feeding them to you.
Happy editing, and stay safe. ~ Destroyeraa🌀🇺🇸 02:35, 3 March 2021 (UTC)
