editYour addition to Daniel Tosh has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text, or images borrowed from other websites, or printed material without a verifiable license; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. @Evanishere: In answer to your email, please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials, Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Email_templates for information about how to provide documentation that you are authorized to release copyright on the image in question and make it available for free use by anyone (not just on Wikipedia). Note that you stated "Own work" when you uploaded the image, but it is clearly not your personal work (bears a photographer's credit) and its appearance on the page at http://press.cc.com/series/tosh-0 reflects a copyright that applies to images there as well as other content.
