Hello, EvyRue512, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Elysia and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hi. Your additions to the developmental psychopathology article include passages copied verbatim or nearly verbatim from your source. While the source you used is licensed under a Creative Commons license, it specifies that it's licensed under a non-commercial and "no derivatives" license. Neither of these licenses is compatible with Wikipedia (for example, by copying their content and modifying it you created a derivative work). For copyright reasons, your entire contribution was deleted.

I also don't believe that Simply Psychology is an appropriate source. It doesn't appear to be peer reviewed, it doesn't cite sources. You should stick to scholarly sources for your assignment. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:26, 5 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
