Dab pages
editHi, I noticed you like adding links in disambiguation pages. Before you get too far, I should let you know that having more than 1 blue link per entry is discouraged. See MOS:DAB for the style for these sorts of pages. +mt 14:31, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you for the notification and MOS:DAB link, mt. Please feel free to notify me of any Wikipedia policies or guidelines which I have not followed in edits or article creations. --F Notebook (talk) 05:26, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
- .. skimming quickly through your contributions, all your edits look great ... I think most of us here have made similar slip-ups from time-to-time (myself included), and I guess this is how we learn how things are done here. +mt 06:07, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
Gender-N L
editGuidelines states? Tony (talk) 07:36, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
- I think you are asking for a reference to gender-neutral language. This reference you are asking about may be,
"Examples of non-neutral language that can often be easily avoided are:
A masculine or feminine pronoun to refer to a generic or hypothetical person."
- The previous revision of the page 'Twinning' did not meet the above stated criteria. --F Notebook (talk) 07:57, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
