Request IP unblocking

Request reason:
Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. Displayed reason: "Editing from 2001:41D0:0:0:0:0:0:0/32 has been blocked (disabled) by Ks0stm". In fact, my ISP (OVH) is both a web hosting company and an ISP. I access to Wikipedia/Wikivoyage through the latter. I am blocked in IPv6 but not in IPv4 (since less that a month, I cannot tell exactly when it started. I think I noticed in the English Wikivoyage first though I was not blocked in French Wikivoyage where I am an administrator, and now I am not blocked in Wikivoyage any more). That said, it's not critical because I don't edit a lot in the English pages and I can quickly disable IPv6 in Firefox when I need to. If trying to solve that bring more problems that solutions, I can live with it. Fabimaru (talk) 07:54, 5 June 2017 (UTC)
Accept reason:
While I can't unblock the range, I have provided you with IP block exemption as you meet the requirements for its use as listed at WP:IPEC. You should be able to edit through the block now. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 16:30, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
- @Ponyo: : Thank you a lot. I tried in the past to find if there is an IP range for hosting and another range for FAI but could not find it (maybe a most seasoned network admin can find it). — Fabimaru (talk) 16:47, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
IPBE expiring - March 2019
editHello Fabimaru, I'm working on some routine cleanup and see you have not made use of the ip block exemption flag on your account for over a year. This will be removed in about a week, unless you reply below that you still have a need for this flag. This will have no impact on your ability to read Wikipedia. Best regards, — xaosflux Talk 12:49, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
- Hello again. As your account has been inactive for a year and there was no reply above, this flag has been removed. This will have no impact on general editing, however if you are trying to edit from certain blocked IP addresses you may need to move to another address or request a new exemption.
