Proposed deletion of PoliTo Rocket Team

edit

The article PoliTo Rocket Team has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability as an organization.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ... discospinster talk 19:17, 24 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Discospinster,
Does the source coming from the University's website count as an independent source? Since the student team is new there are no other sources except the one from the university and from the student team itself. Fabioski01 (talk) 13:40, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Unfortunately that would just be confirming that the team exists, not that it's notable. If it is too new to have independent coverage, then the article would have to wait until it does get some. ... discospinster talk 13:49, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Okay thanks. By the way do you know if there is a way to move the article and trasform it in a draft? Fabioski01 (talk) 15:37, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I can do that. ... discospinster talk 16:08, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

PoliTo Rocket Team moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, PoliTo Rocket Team, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 16:08, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hey @WikiOriginal-9 thanks for the feedback. The main problem is with the sources or with the language? I will keep to improve it in the future. Fabioski01 (talk) 15:32, 11 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
There are not enough sources of independent, significant coverage listed in the article at the moment. Youtube isn't a reliable source and sources affiliated witt the subject of the article aren't independent. WikiOriginal-9 (talk) 20:28, 11 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
@WikiOriginal-9 okay thanks! I will remove those Fabioski01 (talk) 20:30, 11 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
