Your submission at Articles for creation: Noah Solomon (2010-) (August 27)

[edit]
Draft declined
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, Sulfurboy, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
This draft is not written from a neutral point of view. Wikipedia articles must be written neutrally in a formal, impersonal, and dispassionate way. They should not read like a blog post, advertisement, or fan page. Rewrite the draft to remove: Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.

No, he has reported me because he thinks I am being disruptive to him. Unfortunately, it is the other way around. He blatantly accused my article of being AI generated and non-notable which is hurtful and unappreciative of the amount of time and effort I have put in. Factscientist (talk) 06:56, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:23, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your comment, and at least yours was somewhat understanding and compassionate. However, deleting a draft that I spent a lot of time on, is not okay, especially as you did not converse with me for doing this. The fact that you ganged up along with Wikipedia editors like Yue and Sulfurboy to block me and harass me for rejecting a defamatory claim is absolutely disgusting and I will not hesitate to take appropriate action. Factscientist (talk) 08:59, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
You have misunderstood what Wikipedia is about. Also, do not continue to make legal threats. Doing so would only worsen your block. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk / Uploads 09:02, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Worsen my block? Um, how much worse can this get? My article is deleted and I can't even make a new one! Factscientist (talk) 09:06, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
You need to understand that Wikipedia Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and that encyclopedias aren't contact books, student lists, or LinkedIn (where people host their CVs). Wikipedia has a very narrow and stringent criteria for inclusion (e.g., only a very small subset of topics in this world should warrant an article), and for biographies of living persons, such criteria is outlined in WP:NBLP.
Your draft article might be suitable for some other website, check WP:OTHER; to retrieve it, you can request undeletion of your draft. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk / Uploads 09:17, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Why are you doing this? All I did was create an article that I spent a lot of time and effort on, on one of my close friends who is unfortunately suffering and then you call it non-notable and AI Generated. I find this highly offensive. Suddenly, all these users gang up on me, block me, and speedy delete my hard work. Now I cannot even create more articles. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have consulted my lawyer, and provided all the usernames involved to them. Although it seems I cannot pursue a direct defamation against Wikipedia itself, I figure some loopholes can be bypassed to ensure a 'speedy-deletion' of your account! I don't tolerate insults to my name, and I do not tolerate being ganged up on by a bunch of Wikipedia "nerds." Could you please let me know the country you are currently in, so the legal information is correct? This would be much appreciated. Any other true information you can send my way would also be appreciated, I would love this to go as smoothly as possible. Factscientist (talk) 08:56, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
No one has insulted you (that I'm aware of), and there has been no defamation. If you keep referring to your 'lawyer' and legal action, I will block you from editing this page as well. The only thing you should be saying now is withdrawing your legal threats, not digging yourself into a deeper hole.
And no editor is required to disclose their whereabouts, nor should you be even asking such questions. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:01, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hi @DoubleGrazing, I believe you don't fully understand the situation. I spent a lot of effort on that piece and for you to "speedy delete" like that was extremely hurtful and now I have to start all over again, and probably get rejected. Except I can't because some random editor who doesn't understand the situation either called Yue had the audacity to block me. Factscientist (talk) 09:04, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry that you spent a lot of effort on this, but that was your choice, and that fact does not in any way make the draft acceptable for publication.
You will not be starting "all over again" while you are blocked. And if you get yourself unblocked, I would advise you not to repeat this even then.
Yue was not being 'audacious', but instead doing their job as an administrator.
You are free to take legal action against Wikipedia, but by policy you are not allowed to edit here while you are pursuing or threatening to pursue such action. By making legal threats you inevitably got yourself blocked, and by continuing in that vein you are only ensuring that your block will remain in place, and will likely soon be extended to cover this page as well, by the look of things. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:15, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I have a lot of complaints to make. Legal action will continue if the sharp tools you editors are digging into me are not aided. Factscientist (talk) 09:19, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
It's hard to get your way by threatening people. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk / Uploads 09:21, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Not only are legal threats forbidden for active editors, legal threats are ineffective as well, when they're this preposterous. Legal threats like these, when you make them towards anyone who has the slightest awareness of civil law, come off as the equivalent of threatening someone with a magic spell. There's no coherent cause of action here, and if you actually told a lawyer that your Wikipedia article was deleted and to get those mean people, the whole firm would likely be laughing after the lawyer tells this story after they hang up the phone with you.
Wikipedia is not a vanity press. It's a private encyclopedia, which operates its own privately owned servers. Any edit you make is covered by the terms of use that you explicitly agreed to as a condition to be allowed to use this server. There is no right to publication or preservation of anything you contribute to Wikipedia. You have no more right to have any article on Wikipedia than you have to enter a stranger's house and help yourself to food from their refrigerator.
If you'd like to participate in a project where you're allowed to simply write about anything, there is lots of free software that lets you use Wikipedia's software to set up your own Wiki variant on your own server. But if you want to participate on English Wikipedia, we're happy to have you, but you have to follow the policies and guidelines of English Wikipedia. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Noah Solomon (2010-)

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Noah Solomon (2010-), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk / Uploads 07:13, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while any threats to take legal action currently stand.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then submit a request through the unblock wizard or through your talk page.  Yue🌙 (talk) 07:31, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hi Yue,
Do you fully understand the situation? Why would you block me, when all I have asked is for justice! I spent so much on my piece and for it to be titled "AI GENERATED" and "NON-NOTABLE" is extremely hurtful and of course I am going to pursue action against such a defamatory claim. Factscientist (talk) 09:05, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
You have a choice here; you can pursue your grievances in the courts of your country using its legal system, or you can pursue them on Wikipedia using Wikipedia processes, but not both simultaneously. We cannot stop you from taking legal action, but you are not permitted to edit Wikipedia if you threaten to undertake legal action or if you have a legal action underway. If you want to use Wikipedia processes to deal with your grievances, you will need to unequivocally withdraw all threats of legal action and/or end any legal actions which are underway, with prejudice. If you choose to pursue legal action, you will not be unblocked until that legal action is concluded.
Wikipedia has rules about its content; not everything or everyone that exists can be included here; the guidelines are called notability, like a notable person.
If your draft was not AI generated, all you need to do is say "it's not AI generated" and be willing to respond to the reasons given as to why it was thought that it was. 331dot (talk) 09:13, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
So if I say I will not pursue legal action and mean it, my account will be unblocked and my article that I spent so much time on will be undeleted? And I will receive apologies from the fake users that caused so much emotional hardship for me? Factscientist (talk) 09:15, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
This is a place to write an encyclopedia; this is not a court of law for justice, nor is it a therapy. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk / Uploads 09:19, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
If you have emotional hardship because it was determined that you do not meet the guidelines for inclusion on a website, I might suggest that you seek help from a qualified professional in your area.
If you withdraw all threats of legal action(with prejudice), you will be unblocked, but that will not guarantee your draft will be restored. However, you may pursue legitimate Wikipedia processes to seek its restoration, such as deletion review to challenge a speedy deletion. You should become familiar with Wikipedia guidelines surrounding notable people and AI use on Wikipedia before you do.
Writing a new article is the most difficult task to perform on Wikipedia, and its even harder when one has a conflict of interest with the subject, such as writing about themselves. Please read the autobiography policy before you contribute. 331dot (talk) 09:24, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Factscientist: Sorry, but this response demonstrates that you are clearly not here to build an encyclopedia and you clearly do not understand what you did wrong or you do not accept that you did anything wrong by threatening other editors.
