WP:AIV
editHi Facundil. I removed your report at the vandalism noticeboard because the use of that board is for blocking of recurrent vandalism/spamming/etc. My suggestions for the issues that you raise are the following: (1) Further discussion on Talk:Argentina and Talk:Chile for the purposes of identifying the best way to present the demographic issue raised; and, (2) if there is no consensus, a request for comment from the community can be requested. The relevant page would be WP:RFC with instructions. Hope that this is helpful -- Samir 05:51, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
Chile ethnic groups figures
editHello, I've reverted your edit at Chile. You changed the ethnic groups from a reliable source (Latinobarómetro) to worldstatesmen.org, which does not meet WP:RS.
The percentages from the Latinobarómetro report are derived from self-classification, just like the race figures from the US Census. If 60% of Chileans see themselves as white, but medical evidence puts the number at closer to 30%, who are we to judge? See Talk:Chile. Pristino (talk) 06:33, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
Opinion
editSorry, but that's a fallacy, because lacks cientificity and the empirical argument is not general, but subjetive. Acctually this http://mazinger.sisib.uchile.cl/repositorio/lb/ciencias_quimicas_y_farmaceuticas/medinae/cap2/5b6.html is a better source. Currently, if you want to adulterate the information, do it. But evidently this is not true.
