Requesting an IP address block exemption, because connection from my place is in an IP range (here) that is blocked (my ISP, OVH, also offers hosting services, hence the range blocking). I can contribute to pages on french wikipedia, but I wanted to update a few articles in their english version. If I can/have to provide more information, please let me know.
