Thank you for assistance providing information about County Executive Ed Cochran. There is very little online information available about the people who influenced Howard County from this timeframe and earlier. This is clearly a starting article, not a finished product and the tone and weight will change as citable information is added by Wikipedia editors. If you have additional articles, books or citable information, please add to the content. If the content is inaccurate, changes are appropriate with citations. Proposing/Nominating Deletion of Article that May Fail Notability

I see you have substantially contributed to Edward L. Cochran. The subject of this article Fails Notability - WP:Politician as they have never held statewide office. I am proposing deletion of the article WP:PROD, but if you feel the subject deserves notability based on other criteria I will nominate the article for deletion WP:Afd instead to allow discussion.
