Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Alex (talk) 23:07, 27 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi Fanmadehenecia! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Hwang Hyun-jin several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Hwang Hyun-jin, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. You've re-added the University edits several times even though several people have removed it. If you wish to advocate for its inclusion please open a discussion on the article's talk page to reach a consensus instead of continuously re-adding it..   Please do not add or change content, as you did at Hwang Hyun-jin, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 12:04, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

The source for Hyunjin's university education was properly cited as referenced here and has been unfortunately continuously removed by editors such as @Paper9oll and @RachelTensions Fanmadehenecia (talk) 12:19, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
You clearly added WP:BLOGS which are considered as unreliable sources and quote "Never use self-published sources as third-party sources about living people, even if the author is an expert, well-known professional researcher, or writer". In fact, you had already violated WP:3RR by continuously restoring the unreliably sourced materials despite already informed of such hence your unacceptable behaviour is a sign of failure or refusal to "get the point" which is considered as a signs of disruptive editing either which is blockable offense. According to WP:BLPSPS "Self-published blogs" in this context refers to personal and group blogs. It does not refer to a reputable organisation publishing material about who it employs or to whom and why it grants awards, for example. Some news organizations host online columns that they call blogs, and these may be acceptable as sources so long as the writers are professionals and the blog is subject to the newspaper's full editorial control."
The cited blog is verified by Naver as owned by the University which is being updated on the Wikipedia page and it is the only available direct source of information about his education. Fanmadehenecia (talk) 12:43, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Clearly WP:IDHT when WP:BLOGS which I already quoted forbide such. In fact, you also don't have WP:CONSENSUS to restore the material as per WP:ONUS. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 12:56, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Hwang Hyun-jin, you may be blocked from editing. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 12:38, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Hwang Hyun-jin shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
