Image copyright problem with Image:Daler.jpg

Fair use rationale for Image:Nobovar.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Muboraksho Mirzoshoyev and "Ay Yarom Biyo"

Greetings, Farrukh Jabborpur. I recently made big rewrite of the article on "Ay Yarom Biyo". Since I know you had introduced the article Muboraksho Mirzoshoyev, you would know better. I want the Tajik version to be more prominent and relevant rather than the Persian version getting most of the coverage. For example what Mirzoshoyev album was the song taken from. Is it in Tajik or in another language? Or is it in a Pamir language? Is it "Ay Yarom Biyo" or is it "Ay Yoram Biyo"? What we have in parenthesis "Ай ёрам биё" is it Russian or is it Tajik? If it is Russian can you give us the Tajik correct name? Who has written the lyrics. What does it mean in English? Are there other cover versions besides the famous Kiosk version in Persian. In Muboraksho Mirzoshoyev page, how about adding his discography and all his albums? It is very important. Regarding Ay Yarom Biyo and its singer Muboraksho Mirzoshoyev, I thank you very much for your input. Now I am convinced of the presentation, the original language and how it should be transliterated in English and written in Wikipedia. I would love to have the rest of the lyrics as well. It was great to have it in the three forms as you did. Do the same for the rest of the song. We may even use it on the page since this has become an iconic song. I notice there is a page in Tajik language about the singer. [1]. So how about also creating a page for the song itself and linking it to English page at Ay Yarom Biyo. I am sure a lot of Tajik editors will add to it and we can benefit from the input. It would be a great tribute to a great song as well that is becoming subject of a lot of covers in other languages. Again huge thanks for your input. If you know Farsi, it would be great to have a Persian language page as well. By the way, ever sinbce I came across this song, I've been listening a lot to Muboraksho and I'm fascinated by his talent. I am sure he was also very popular in Russia and with "world music" fans. Further to your valuable information which are much appreciated, I have now amended both pages, which look now far more detailed and hopefully more comprehensive. Take a look at Muboraksho Mirzoshoyev (where I have added more wiki links, Ikbol Zavkibekov's role and the songs of Muboraksho as they appear in Jiray-2. Also check the amended and greatly improved and phonetically more accurate renamed Ay yorum biyo with lyrics, music video attachments under the infoboxes.
