Trommers Beer - Still Around in the 1970s
editThe 'Piels Beer' page says that the Trommers brewery was closed in 1955, however it was on sale in the 1970s... I liked the beer and it came in quirky bottles with a lot of excess glue.
I suppose it's my job to track this down now... I'm not a regular Wiki member. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fazookus (talk • contribs) 14:15, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
- The Piels brand is owned by the Pabst Brewing Company, who have it contract brewed at Millers in Illinois. See RateBeer. It's worth joining that community and/or Beer Advocate, to chat about beer and get info on where to get hold of your favourite brews. Wikipedia is more about writing the encyclopedia.
