It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. Not long ago, somebody sent me a message on this page (i think) asking me about a picture i had uploaded. i told him i would upload a better one but now that i did, i can't find the message. When i had logged in, i saw a link about new messages (last change). Can anyone help me find the messages? i don't recall the member's username but i'd like to contact them if i could find the message.

It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
