Original masters

edit

I changed album type to 'Greatest Hits' because 'Greatest Hits album' prevents the infobox from showing up green, the standard infobox color for compilations and greatest hits albums. I since added a longtype field so that it will display 'Greatest Hits album'. Cheers --Alcuin 19:53, 26 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Requesting deletion

Hey. If you mistakenly create a page, like with Up Through the Linear Shadows, you can ask it to be speedy deleted by adding {{db-author}} on top of it. Prolog 19:38, 9 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

So they're "studio albums" now?

edit

This bot seems to be going through many album wikis now (particularly most of the ones I've created and contributed) and labelling them as "studio albums". I would've already done this myself if I was previously aware that we as editors had to state the obvious. It's a little annoying, but more so when it labels Bloodrock Live as being a studio album when the title clearly implies otherwise. I'm changing it to what must be the "appropriate" format. That's all. Filter1987 03:13, 19 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

No it didn't do that. That was a change in the {{:tl:Infobox Album}} at around the same time. Rich Farmbrough, 21:55 16 November 2006 (GMT).

Revelry

edit

Hi! First let me thank you for expending aticles about Beyond Dawn and their albums, this band is surely underrated and did need some more information about it on wikipedia. I created the article about the album Revelry by Beyond Dawn. I included "Naaki Kita : Violence on Tender" in the guest part as it is written on the album, but I never really figured out what "violence" means here. As you seem to know a bit about Beyond Dawn I would like to know your point of view about the meaning of that particular word here, not that it really matters but I just wonder if I was right to write it in the article since I don't really what it means here. Thanks. Abkahn 20:12, 23 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the tip about the so-called "violence" on Tender. Now there is one last thing I cannot figure out: if I am not mistaken, there is no violin on that song...so I am not changing the article about Revelry for the moment. I hope you had the chance to listen to that album since. Anyway thank you again for your dedication, it's cool to have people interested in that band around here.
