SQL:2023 moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to SQL:2023. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Hello! I wrote on that page yesterday during my work hours, so I saved it a couple of times when I had to do regular work tasks. Anyway, I think it's good enough in its latest version to publish - so that I and others can continue improving it. Is that something you can arrange? Waiting up to four months for review feels very unnecessary as the new version of the SQL standard was published yesterday, and is neither controversial nor complicated.
