Make this more of a description of the device than a "how to use" page.
It's OK to have one section that gives a procedure, but this is an encyclopedia article, not a user manual. Wikipedia wants articles to inform rather than instruct.
You could include history of tire changer machines, and variations in design. How many manufacturers of tire changers are there? Who are they?
