Request reason:
The block 2001:470:1000:0:0:0:0:0/36 applies to Hurricane Electric, which is an IPv6 tunnel broker for customers of ISPs who do not provide native IPv6 service. It's hard for me to believe that you really intended to block every single customer of their tunnel broker service. In any case, could you at least unblock 2001:470:1f07:15ff::/64?
As far as I can tell, it was not Wikipedia's intent to block me--I seem to be collateral damage for an excessively broad IP address block. (I suppose I could just use my IPv4 address.)
Decline reason:
You've edited successfully since making this request. However you are doing that, is what you should do. You may be able to request an IP block exemption per the instructions at WP:IPECPROXY, or raise this matter at WP:AN. We only know that this IP range comes up as a VPN/proxy type service, which are normally prohibited from editing from to prevent abuse(unless you have an exemption). 331dot (talk) 07:27, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
