Disambiguation link notification for March 16
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Annie Lennox, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page American. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Rep. Garret Graves (R-LA6), Almanac of American Politics.pdf
editThank you for uploading File:Rep. Garret Graves (R-LA6), Almanac of American Politics.pdf. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. Orphaned non-free image File:Rep. Garret Graves (R-LA6), Almanac of American Politics.pdf
editThanks for uploading File:Rep. Garret Graves (R-LA6), Almanac of American Politics.pdf. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 19:07, 22 February 2017 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 6
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Corbin Allred, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Critical care (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

IMDb
editHi. I noticed you added citations to the IMDb on Brady Bluhm. Please don't cite the IMDb or import its data into Wikipedia. It's not a reliable source, and its content is subject to hoaxes and errors. Instead, you might look at the sources listed at WP:FILM/R if you're trying to find film-related sources that are generally reliable. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 04:32, 7 July 2018 (UTC)
Ethnicelebs.com as a source
editHi Fosterliberty. I noticed that you recently used ethnicelebs.com as a source forbiographical information in List of Americans of English descent. Please note that there is general consensus that ethnicelebs.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. (See User_talk:XLinkBot/RevertList#EthniCelebs.com). If you disagree, let's discuss it. Thanks. --Ronz (talk) 20:45, 31 August 2018 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Tacyarg. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Evanston Township High School, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Tacyarg (talk) 18:50, 18 June 2020 (UTC)

editYou may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Gregory Dickow. Drmies (talk) 12:16, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
- For at least two years you've been getting warnings about poor sourcing, and you are still doing it. I should not have to explain that restoring unverified BLP material is seriously problematic. I don't even care about that stupid house, though you should consider posting on the talk page, but restoring all these names, and re-inserting those two primary sources, that is not OK.
