Roaring elbow
edithey, I'm the one who added Roaring Elbow to that article, so I think it should be named that and not "discus back elbow". In certain cases I think the move's nickname has been popularised so much that nobody really uses its technical name to name it. It's like the examples of Go to Sleep, Shining Wizard, Gory Bomb, Emerald Flowsion, Ura-nage... it's why we don't call the German suplex the belly-to-back waistlock suplex. What do you think?
p.s. it's a discus elbow smash, not a back elbow. the wrestler spins the other way around. Starship.paint (talk) 12:49, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
The compromise is fine, Francis, but please do note that every time you change the name of an attack on the page on the Professional Wrestling Attacks / Holds / / Backbreaker / Piledriver etc., you will be causing a lot of dead links, because for a wrestler page like Bryan Danielson whose moveset directs to Professional wrestling attacks#Roaring elbow, which does not exist any more. I shall change all the Professional wrestling attacks#Roaring elbow in any wrestler which uses it to Discus elbow smash then. Thankfully there should be less than 25 of them. Just so that you know that if you want to change a name of the move you should change it in every other article which links to it. Starship.paint (talk) 09:22, 19 August 2011 (UTC)
