- Why should anything be deleted?
- The more information, the better.
- Or is there "censorship" by arbiters or value? 104.158.27.202 (talk) 23:27, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Following of Ante Pavlović
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Following of Ante Pavlović requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ante Pavlović (chiropractor). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Ivan Andrija Makar moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Ivan Andrija Makar, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. This general is important for understanding of Great Turkish War in Croatia, as well as state of affairs in Kingdom of Slavonia afterwards. The data in the article comes from the referenced book. I will try to find more sources (although there aren't that many to begin with) in the article when I find time. Franjo Tahy (talk) 13:57, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

editHello Franjo Tahy. Am I mistranslating this source in my edit in saying that it state that Vucic and his delegation did jot provide prior notice and registration of their visit? Another user states it is not in the source. They also keep changing Jasenovac Memorial to Concentration Camp which in 2019 I don’t think it was. If you could verify it would be welcomed as I used a Google translation as I see you have edited the section prior. OyMosby (talk) 17:09, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- In the case then Serbian Army's delegation was banned from entering, I believe Vučić wasn't part of the delegation. There were just several cadets, but Vučić commented their ban afterwards for Serbian media and afterwards Vulin also gave his own flammable statements. The source you provided quotes Tanjug and roughly says that: "...police searched them [the cadets] and returned them to Serbia under explanation that they cannot bring their uniforms to Croatia and that they lack the documents which would justify the purpose of their stay in the country"
- In case of Jasenovac Memorial changing to Concentration Camp, we could write Jasenovac Concentration Camp Memorial Site. Franjo Tahy (talk) 19:02, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- I see you removed “ without prior state notice to visit” but didn’t the delegation fail to give prior notice to arriving? It wasn’t just the uniforms that were issue but also no documentation for the arrival. OyMosby (talk) 19:46, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, sorry, you are right about prior state notice. I corrected it and added another source from Dnevnik.hr where chief of Croatian police Nikola Milina confirms your point. Franjo Tahy (talk) 20:22, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- No worries. Just wanted to double check if I was interpreting it right. However, for the current wording, maybe we should put “for not providing” instead of “without” otherwise it could imply Croatia failed to give Serbia state notice for barring entry. I don’t know, what do you think? It’s a bit of a confusing sentence to begin with. OyMosby (talk) 21:06, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- Sure I'm open for suggestions. Editor Sennalen also recently ecgaged in rfc on the article talk page. We could coordinate on how the paragraph will look like with her suggestions. She appears rather reasonable. Franjo Tahy (talk) 22:20, 2 April 2023 (UTC)

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 13:09, 13 August 2023 (UTC)
The article UFO sightings in Yugoslavia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Essentially a page created by a WP:COI-contributor hoping to hype his UFO story. That is WP:NOT what Wikipedia is for and the sources are terrible.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. jps (talk) 16:52, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
