I don't see a block in place and the toolserver isn't responding so I cannot check myself for autoblocks. I suspect that your IP has been autoblocked, which is a block that happens usually when we block another named account editing from your same IP. The software automatically blocks the IP to keep the accountholder from coming back as the IP and continuing the behavior that got them blocked.

Hello, FregTK. Some time ago, I granted you an IP Block Exemption to allow you to continue editing despite a block on your ISP. That block has since expired, and a check of your account shows that you should not have any difficulty editing. According to standard procedures with regard to this flag, I have removed the exemption from your account.
