Welcome

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent edits do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the "sandbox" rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributor's help page, or you can write {{helpme}} below this message along with a question and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 09:00, 16 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Osmosis has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Windsor, New South Wales. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 01:19, 22 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Windsor, New South Wales. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Tiderolls 01:25, 22 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 02:01, 22 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at User talk:Tide rolls, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 08:58, 16 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
